Its just a mild spice here in the U.S.- definitely NOT spicy in the hot sense of the word. So easy, too! I have never been a fan of enchiladas, mainly because I didnt care for the saucebut my boys recently requested enchiladas and I didnt have a can of sauce in the pantryso I googled a recipe and this one popped up.
